Registration Renewal of NGOs who work for welfare of Persons with Disabilities - Department for Empowerment of Differently Abled and Senior Citizen

  • This service is mandatory for any NGO intending to work for the welfare of Persons with Disabilities
  • Document to be submitted with Application:
    • 1. Annual Reports of preceding 2 years describing service activities of the organisation (single pdf).
    • 2. Audit reports of preceding 2 financial years (Audited statement of accounts).
    • 3. PAN Card.
    • 4. Rental agreement / Sale deed / Lease agreement.
    • 5. Document having multiple pictures (at least 5) of the rooms, toilets, amenities, facilities and water availability.
    • 6. Document having multiple pictures (At least 5) of access points and toilets indicating disable friendly access.
    • 7. Registration/ renewal certificates of organisation under Society and Trust act.
    • 8. By-Laws of the society/trust.
    • 9. Access Audit Certificate.
    • 10. Statement regarding total number of persons employed in the institution along with their respective duties.
    • 11. Current registration certificate
